Each looks like a separate problem. They usually trace to one. Every organisation runs on five forces — five disciplines that, held together, produce work that lasts. One is almost always weaker than the others, and the weakest one is what quietly limits everything the rest are trying to do.
Find the weakest force, fix the weakest force, and the others come back into balance.

Strong leaders build strong families. Strong families build strong communities. Strong communities build strong institutions. Strong institutions build strong nations.
It's a ladder, not a list — and the ladder is universal. Families can be blood or chosen. Communities can be a business, a church, a team, a movement. Institutions can be social, financial, educational, economical. The shape of each rung varies; the cascade does not.
